Dr. Ronald Moy, MD

Dr. Ron Moy, MD, FAAD is a leader in the fields of dermatologic and facial cosmetic surgery. He is an internationally acclaimed and has been invited by peers to present on numerous facial cosmetic and reconstructive topics. He is a regular contributor to the surgical literature, continues to author numerous book chapters, and has been recognized for his research and innovation in cosmetic surgery, lasers and noninvasive treatments.

Dr. Ron is the founder of MOY FINCHER CHIPPS FACIAL PLASTICS/ DERMATOLOGY - an integrated practice of facial plastic surgery, regenerative medicine, dermatology, wound care, and facial cosmetics.

This double board certified surgeon works closely with his daughter, Dr. Lauren Moy, on state of the art techniques and procedures to help patients look their best. His approach includes using the latest techniques and technologies rooted in science to make any patient look younger.

Dr. Ron is one of the leading cosmetic and facial plastic surgeons in Los Angeles. He has performed over 30,000 cases of facial plastic surgery over the past 25 years of clinical practice, while publishing more than 200 scholarly articles. This has led him to become renowned internationally on advancing cosmetic surgery technologies and has received several prestigious NIH and VA Merit Research Grants.

Ronald has also been professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, is a former Co-Chief of the UCLA division of Dermatology, is a former Chief of Dermatologic Surgery. He has served on the Editorial Board of the Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery, is a former president of Los Angeles County Medical Association, Bay District and is past Editor-in-Chief of the Dermatologic Surgery Journal. He is currently on the Editorial Board of Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery. He also volunteers his dermatologic services at the Venice Family Clinic for the past 20 years.
